We would like to offer our members a chance to go one step further in their quest for a healthy life. Sign up is free and only available to Y members.
We are adding senior-inspired classes to our schedule in the new year, with lots of choices for getting and staying healthy.
Members will have access to special event guest speakers in the field of health, fitness, nutrition, senior safety and aging well. There will also be guest teachers and specialized classes. Members will be invited to attend any or all of these special events (at least once monthly, or more as scheduling allows), as participants in the club.
Two of the new classes being added to our schedule will be Positive Aging Stretch “QiGong” with Donna Newell on Tuesdays at 1:30pm, as well as Positive Aging Aqua “Aquastretch” with Barbara on Thursdays at 1:30pm.
