Aqua Fitness: The YMCA offers two types of classes in the pool. Aerobic exercises in the shallow and deep ends of the pool. Participants may wear aqua belts in the deep end. The last Thursday of each month is a circuit class. The morning class consists of shallow water stretching and a light aerobic component.
Aquafitness: Aerobic and strength movements to tone your body! Feel the burn and have fun in a supportive environment.
Deep Water Fitness: A low-impact form of running that burns calories and tones the whole body. Participants wear an aqua belt.
